Mzuzu Marathon witnessed a record number of participants this year, with over 1,000 runners taking part in the event. The marathon, which promotes fitness and healthy living, saw athletes competing in categories such as the 10K, half marathon, and full marathon. Local athlete John Phiri took home the gold in the men’s division, while Martha Banda dominated the women’s race.
